USA star Tara Norris was bought at her base price of INR 10 lakh by the Delhi Capitals at the first-ever TATA WPL auction, making her the first player from an Associate nation to play in the WPL. The 24-year-old left-arm swing bowler brings a different dimension to any bowling unit. While she already made history at the auction, she added another chapter to her name in the history books, becoming the first player to take a 5-fer in the WPL with a spell of 5/29 vs RCB on debut. Having played just five games so far, she is waiting for another chance in the TATA WPL.
