Shraddha Pokarkar was named as a replacement for Kanika Ahuja, who was ruled out of the TATA WPL 2024 season due to injury, by Royal Challengers Bangalore, at a reserve price of INR 10 lakhs. A left-arm fast bowler, Pokarkar plays for Maharashtra in the domestic circuit. The young pacer would to gained some valuable experience in the league by rubbing shoulders with some of the greats of the game in the 2024 edition.
