A bright impressive wicketkeeper-batter, Yastika Bhatia, was bought by the Mumbai Indians for INR 1.50 Crore in the inaugural TATA WPL auction. Yastika’s contributions at the top of the order have proven to be very useful for the Indian team too, where she has played in all three formats. Her brisk starts backed with a solid technique helped MI get fiery starts over the years. She was MI’s third highest run-scorer with 204 runs in WPL 2024 and was part of both their title-winning campaigns in 2023 and 2025, respectively. The talented 25-year-old will now aim to help Gujarat Giants (GG) to a maiden WPL title.
