Taniya Bhatia was acquired for INR 30 lakh (base price) by Delhi Capitals at the 2023 WPL auction. The 26-year-old is known for her safe and lightning-fast glovework. The Punjab-born wicketkeeper batter generally bats in the middle-order and brings a lot of experience to the side as well. Taniya is the youngest player to make List-A (13 years and 345 days) and T20 debuts (15 years and 89 days) for Punjab. She's played over fifty international matches for India and was a part of India's 2018 ICC Women's World T20 campaign.
