Richa had a brilliant 2024 season, being RCB’s third-highest run-getter with 257 runs, scoring at a strike rate of 141.8—the second highest in the team. A proven match-winner, Richa was at the centre of RCB’s moment of glory, scoring the winning runs as the team won their maiden WPL title in 2024. Richa impressed yet again in the 2025 season, scoring 230 runs in 8 innings at a strike rate of 175.57, before playing a key role in India’s 50-over World Cup-winning campaign later that year. Retained by RCB for the 2026 season, Richa continues to be a key cog in the wheel.
