Only four players earned contracts of more than INR 1 Crore at the TATA WPL 2025 auction and one of them was uncapped Indian leggie Prema Rawat. The multi-dimensional cricketer, who has also showcased her batting and fielding prowess, was acquired by 2024 champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) for INR 1.2 Crore. In a stellar 2024 season, Rawat turned heads with her all-round performances in the Senior Women's One-Day Trophy as well as the inaugural Uttarakhand Premier League. Rawat had a WPL debut to remember, picking the key wicket of Beth Mooney. The 24-year-old was brought back by RCB in the WPL 2026 Mega Auction.
