She first made headlines with a stunning 162* off 76 balls in the Senior Women's T20 Trophy for Nagaland, becoming the first Indian to score 150 in a women’s T20 match. Her knock, featuring 16 sixes and 10 fours, set the tone for her power-hitting prowess. Navgire made her T20I debut in 2022. A multi-talented athlete with medals in athletics and javelin at the state level, Navgire adds explosive batting to the Warriorz lineup. After scoring 154 runs at a strike rate of 173.03 in WPL 2025, Navgire smashed a 34-ball hundred for Maharashtra in the Senior Women's T20 Trophy 2025, thus scoring the fastest century in women’s T20 cricket.
