Gujarat Giants (GG) spent INR 30 Lakh to bring Dayalan Hemalatha on board at the WPL 2023 Auction. Hemalatha has had a stop-start international career, but was a regular at GG, scoring 293 runs at a healthy strike-rate of 125.75 after 22 games across the first three seasons. While her batting higher up the order is a point of focus, Hemalatha is a useful off-spinner as well. Now part of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Hemalatha will aim to make the most of a fresh start.
